Richter Belmont is an Elite Soldier that the Resistance faced during Wave EX-1. He was Incapacitated during the rise of Umbra.
Biography[]
Richter is descended from a long line of vampire hunters. After his girlfriend Annette was kidnapped by servants of Dracula, he stormed the vampire lord's castle and rescued her from his clutches. His reasons for joining the Lololo Guard are unknown.

Wave EX-1[]
- Turn 1 - Richter Belmont attacked with the Vampire Hunter, forcing Nicholas1024 to step away. Nicholas1024 immediately used Retaliation and swung the Blade of Ruin, hitting Richter for 298 damage. Morale increased by 6.
- Turn 2 - Richter Belmont threw bottles of Holy Water. BLUNDER!! The Holy Water splashes onto Richter, dealing 73 damage and Burning him at the same time! Richter took 82 damage from his burns. Morale increased by 6.
- Turn 3 - Richter Belmont threw Throwing Knives. The Kirbinator and Impromptu dodged, but SBSam lost his Barrier, and Gamer2332 took 201 damage. Richter took 89 damage from his burns. Morale decreased by 2.
